For the last month or so, I have noticed that my Windows 10 PC is getting way slower than usual download speeds. The computer is connected using cat 6 cable, so its not a Wi-Fi issue. I have checked for viruses and malware using Bitdefender, Malwarebytes and Ccleaner and have found nothing. I am a bit OCD when it comes to testing my internet speed, which I do it regularly, so I know the problem has jew around for a month or less.
